Your role as Conceptual Creative
You translate brand strategies into surprising digital concepts and activations. From snappy short copy for campaigns, UX and content formats to branded GPTs for long-form content, your work covers the full creative spectrum. With tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, you take ideas far beyond the first spark.
You brief designers, copywriters and developers with clarity and inspiration. You keep the bigger picture in view, think in formats, and move effortlessly between concept and execution. Working closely with strategy and project management, you help shape proposals and pitches. You include clients in your thought process, work hands-on, and take the lead when needed.
What you bring to the table
No need to tick every box.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a creative role with conceptual responsibility
- You translate brand promises into ideas that resonate and drive results
- You write sharp short copy and have a strong sense of tone-of-voice
- You have a good eye for design and are confident making visual choices
- You think digitally: understanding formats, platform behavior, and channel-specific content
- You’re curious about AI tools and know how to apply them effectively
- You brief clearly, stay organized, and bring calm to creative processes
- You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and thrive in team settings
- You’re constructively critical and open to feedback
- Tools like Adobe CS, Google Drive, Keynote, and GPT-agents are second nature to you
